Your body is not the obstacle. It’s the way through.

Somatic Therapy, Transforming Touch® and Reiki for Women

Transforming Touch

Sometimes, the most meaningful healing happens when you have space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. When your nervous system is overwhelmed, it can be difficult to absorb new skills, feel safe in connection, or respond to life differently. Supporting regulation helps create the foundation for learning, growth, and lasting change.

Transforming Touch® is a unique, regulation-focused approach to developmental and shock trauma that works with the body’s innate capacity to adapt, protect, and heal. Rather than viewing your responses as something broken that needs fixing, this approach honors your body’s survival intelligence and recognizes that you adapted as best you could to what you experienced.

Grounded in four foundational qualities of attachment, safe haven, secure base, proximity maintenance, and recognition of separation distress, Transforming Touch® emphasizes the importance of safe, supportive relationships in healing.

You don’t have to force healing. You can begin by creating the conditions for it.

Come as you are. Make space to breathe, reconnect, and discover what becomes possible when your body has the support it needs.

Reiki

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that invites deep relaxation and a sense of balance in body, mind, and spirit. Offered with light touch or hands hovering above the body, Reiki provides a quiet space for healing beyond words, helping you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and simply receive. Reiki is based on the concept of life energy, that flows through and around us. When we feel stressed, emotionally overwhelmed, or disconnected, Reiki offers a gentle practice to encourage balance, relaxation, and a renewed sense of connection between body, mind, and spirit.
